We installed a new weather strip at the bottom of the door to keep rain/moisture out.
we converted this closet to accommodate a queen size murphy bed to save space.
Jim installed the bar last week. Just need to drop in the sink counter top.
Kohler low flow toilet and durable tile floor updated.
bamboo flooring can be seen....but now mostly covered with paper to protect while we paint.
New lock/door handle.
our color schizophrenia is finally over....we went with a cool blue in the great room of main house.
Installed the cedar columns on the front porch.

this weekend, you'll find us working on the back-breaking trim throughout the house...oye!
